Senior Project Engineer

Scott Cook specializes in roadway design for ODOT and other public agencies and has extensive civil engineering design experience that includes drainage design and hydraulics, stream and river hydraulic and hydrologic analysis, right-of-way engineering, traffic engineering and traffic studies, utility engineering and land surveying. Scott is also experienced in highway and street lighting, railroad design, coastal engineering, and subdivision and commercial development. He is accustomed to working with ODOT, large and mid-size municipalities, and AASHTO design criteria and standards, including all aspects of roadway geometry, signing and pavement marking, maintenance of traffic, traffic control and utilities.
