From client to friend through experiential engagement

The Environmental Design Group Client Experience program was developed to provide our internal and external clients an enhanced level of communication and engagement. The internal CX program focuses on servant leadership and the enhancement of our company culture. The external CX program focuses on exceeding expectations throughout the project lifecycle to earn trusted friendships through enhanced communications and creative solutions.

Our CX program was created from the feedback gathered from collaborating with our internal and external clients and incorporating those ideas. We provide our clients with a thoughtful communication and feedback process to support the success of projects impacting our communities.
