Abby resides in a menagerie consisting of her husband (Stan), her sons (Gabe and Nate), three dogs (Hugo, Peter, and Bodhi), two cats (Zephyr and Daphne), and a goat (Moki). Abby spends much of her time cooking for and feeding the mentioned menagerie, as well as running a taxi service for the hockey-loving Gabe and lacrosse-loving Nate. Abby enjoys good food, hiking, traveling, square dancing and movies. Abby loves accounting and is currently working on her associates degree.

Andy obtained his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Ohio University. Andy is also a registered engineering intern for the state of Ohio. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, wrestling, hiking, listening to music, and playing billiards.

Andrew received his Bachelors Degree in Construction Engineering Technology from the University of Akron. Since graduating, he has continued his education by obtaining numerous inspection related certifications. Andrew lives with his wife, Amanda, and three children, Molly, Lucas, and Ethan. In his free time he enjoys traveling with his family, completing endless home improvement projects and occasionally long distance running.

Angela Tribuzi received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology & Environmental Science at Ashland University, where she also played soccer. She has experience in numerous fields, including environmental science, ecology, survey, geotechnical, and water resources. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her husband, Ryan, traveling, playing sports, working out, snowboarding, hiking, reading, and pretty much anything outdoors.

Annalise is a creative, results-driven marketing manager residing in Downtown Cleveland. She has experience in digital marketing, project management and strategic planning. In her free time, Annalise enjoys traveling the globe, writing and cheering on her favorite Cleveland sports teams

After completing his B.A. in Geography in his home state of Georgia, he received his Master’s in Urban Planning from Cleveland State University. As a resident and avid supporter of Cleveland, he enjoys exploring the many unique neighborhoods of the city. When not at work, he can be found in a coffee shop or his kitchen whipping up tasty treats for his friends and co-workers.

Bob is a Principal and serves as Director of Surveying, Residential and Land Development. He graduated from The University of Akron and holds a license to practice land surveying in Ohio, Pennsylvania, Kentucky and West Virginia. When not working, Bob enjoys studying history, and working on his home and yard.

Brad is a Senior Group Leader at Environmental Design Group. He attended the University of Akron where he received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. After a short period working in the public sector, he joined Environmental Design Group where he has worked for over 30 years. He and his wife, Susan, reside in Stark County. They have two children, Caitlin and Andrew.

Brian received his B.S. in Environment and Natural Resources (Environmental Science) from The Ohio State University. He has experience in environmental science, asbestos sampling, ecology, threatened and endangered species, survey, and geotechnical. He is married to his lovely wife, Abby, and together they have a son, Owen. Brian enjoys following his favorite sports teams, especially the Buckeyes. He enjoys playing board games, spending time with family, reading, and hiking.

Bryan is a certified planner and has completed a BA in Architecture, a Master’s in City and Regional Planning and Masters course work in Transportation Engineering, all at The Ohio State University. In 2019 Bryan was elected as a Liberty Township Trustee in Delaware County. He also serves on the local YMCA advisory board. Bryan and his wife Kristen have two children, Sidney and Braden.

Caitlin attended Kent State University where she received her Bachelor’s in Architecture and Environmental Design. She received her Master’s in Urban Design at the Cleveland Urban Design Collaborative. In her free time, Caitlin attends community events and plays in a local softball league.

Carmen is a graduate of the University of Akron where she obtained her Bachelors of Fine Arts in Graphic Design. She is the oldest of six siblings. She’s an artist at heart and loves to paint, and recently started experimenting with digital art. Carmen enjoys spending time with her husband, Spencer, and daughter, Avery.

Chris has a Bachelor of Science from Trine University in Design Engineering Technologies. In his free time Chris enjoys playing video games with his friends, camping on the weekends and relaxing at home with his dogs. Chris currently has two huskies: Cardi (like Bacardi / Cardi B), and Thunder (mascot of his school and named after his previous dog Thor).

Clint has been with Environmental Design Group since October, 2013. He has more than 20 years of experience in construction inspection services, and specializes in transportation and construction administration. Clint has an Associates of Applied Science in Civil Construction from Belmont Technical College. He resides in Freedom Township with his daughter, Ilene.

Dave specializes in municipal engineering and has worked in the public and private sector during his tenure. He enjoys time with his wife Pam and visiting their three children – one daughter is a physical therapist for Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN, a second daughter is engaged and a doctoral student at the University of Delaware and a son who is married and a logistics officer in the U.S. Army in Tacoma, WA. Dave enjoys model trains, reading and is active at church and in the community.

David Snyder received his Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Engineering at the University of Akron. He has successfully completed hundreds of institutional and State agency projects. In addition, he has experience in commercial, retail, and industrial construction. Dave lives with his wife Heather and their three boys. In his free time, he enjoys water sports, camping and mountain biking. He is an assistant youth wrestling coach and finds joy in assisting refugees with their local transition into the US.

David has been with Environmental Design Group since 1993. He resides in Plain Township and has two daughters, Samantha and Dana. In his free time, Dave enjoys fishing, shooting, and reading.

Don specializes in administrative tasks and has lived in Texas most of his life until moving to Ohio in 2014. Currently, he resides in Macedonia. Don has one sister, Sandy, one brother, Mike, two nieces and one nephew. His favorite hobby is going out to dinner every Thursday night and his favorite restaurant is Lager and Vine.

Dwayne has been with the firm since 1992. He obtained his BSCE from The University of Akron and his MBA from Malone. Dwayne finds great satisfaction in serving the trusted clients and associates of the Environmental Design Group family. He, his wife, Lydia, and son, Matthew, reside in Copley and enjoy traveling anywhere from Amish country to the great national parks.

Ed attended Youngstown State University where he obtained his Bachelor of Science in Applied Science in Engineering Technology degree. He joined EDG in 2019 after spending time in municipal engineering and technical sales. Ed and his wife Kimberly have four children, Katelyn, Kennedy, David and Karaline. They reside in Canfield, OH. He enjoys spending time with his family, golf, motocross racing and competitive shooting sports.

Eli has been married for 30 years to his wife Carol. They have 4 children, Eric, Anna, Maria, and Emily. They have a new Grandson named Noah. In his free time Eli and his wife enjoy watching his kids running events and marching band shows. He also likes to hunt, camp, hike, canoe/kayak/rafting, zip lining, fish, and taking care of his home. He enjoys making sour kraut and venison jerky as well as canning peppers. Eli enjoys mentoring Civil Engineering Students with internships.

Eric is currently a senior Civil Engineering student at the University of Mount Union. He resides in Austintown, Ohio with his mom Ann, his dad John, and his younger sister Julie. In his free time he enjoys golfing, fishing, watching sports, and spending time with friends and family.

Ethan graduated in 2020 with an A.A.S. in Civil Engineering at Stark State College. He is a Star Wars fanatic and loves hanging out with his 3 siblings. He really enjoys playing pool, ping pong, disc golf, guitar, video games, and going to church.

Frank oversees the government client service group. He resides in Akron with his wife, Gina, and daughter, Giana. In his free time, he enjoys hiking, golfing, fishing, and trap shooting. Frank volunteers at his church helping with events to raise money for charity and scholarships. He’s been active with the ASHE for over 19 years and is on the Construction Technology Advisory Board for the University of Akron.

George specializes in water distribution systems and water treatment. He holds a double Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Mount Union and Mechanical Engineering from Cleveland State. He currently lives in Brecksville with his wife and two kids. In his spare time, he enjoys playing golf, fishing, playing and coaching soccer.

Hal is a Senior Construction Professional with nearly 30 years of experience managing and inspecting field work. Hal lives just south of Columbus with his wife of 36 years, Janice. In his spare time, he enjoys family dinners with his four kids and two grandchildren, beekeeping, serving on the board for Outreach Ministries and cruising country roads on his Harley.

Haleigh received her Bachelor’s degree in Civil and Construction Engineering from Youngstown State University. She has experience managing multiple construction projects with the Ohio Department of Transportation. She resides in Salem and in her free time, she enjoys playing guitar, crafting, baking, and riding her horse, Woodford.

Holly is a Senior Landscape Architect in the Parks, Greenways, and Green Infrastructure Client Services Group. Holly graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture and a minor in City and Regional Planning. She has experience in a wide variety of project types, including commercial, retail, institutional, and parks and trails projects.

Hunter has been with Environmental Design Group since 2018. He received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Akron. He currently resides in Cuyahoga Falls and in his free time enjoys hiking, reading, playing the piano and guitar, and traveling.

Jake graduated from the University of Akron with a B.S. in Land Surveying and Mapping. He resides in Green, and during his free time he enjoys golfing, working out, reading, hanging with friends, and spending time with family.

James has a degree in Civil Engineering from Youngstown State University. He has worked in the construction industry for 17 years from managing to value engineering with experience in water, wastewater, roadway, and civil site related projects. James is an avid golfer and in his spare time he enjoys camping, wildfowling, gardening, and spending time being active with his wife and children.

Jason obtained his BS in Civil & Environmental Engineering from Youngstown State University and is the central Ohio Regional Market Director. He and his family live in Delaware, Ohio where he and his wife, Becky, enjoy watching their daughter Allison dance and their sons, Kyle & Zack, play football and baseball. He loves golfing, fishing and hiking. Jason is passionate about developing relationships that positively impact the community.

Jeff received his B.S. in Landscape Architecture from The Ohio State University. He is a licensed landscape architect and a certified planner. Jeff is on the Board of Zoning Appeals in Bath and is also vice chair of the Cuyahoga River Water Trail Partners. He resides in Bath with his better half, Julie, and son, Evan. He relieves stress by golfing, kayaking, running and pulling weeds in his garden.

Jenny earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from Bowling Green State University and has more than 20 years of experience in graphic design, page layout, print production and marketing. Originally from Toledo, she resides in Hudson with her husband, Bob. She has three grown sons, and enjoys hiking, biking, traveling and puzzle-building.

Jeremy received his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering at Valparaiso University and has a background in site civil design, including private and public development, public works and solid waste management. He is a native of Indiana but now resides in Cleveland Heights with his wife Marquettis and son Elisha. In his free time Jeremy enjoys spending time outside at the local parks, the lakefront, museums, zoos and theme parks.

Jill is a Project Manager for the Institutional Client Service Group at Environmental Design Group and is a certified LEED AP, CPESC and ODOT prequalified Construction Engineer. She received her B.S. in Civil Engineering at the University of Akron and lives in Canton with her wife, Jennifer and their son, Nikko.  In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, gardening, hiking, and attending her son’s lacrosse games.

Jim received his B.S. in Civil Engineering from The University of Akron and is a licensed Professional Engineer in Ohio. He has over 30 years’ experience with the Ohio Department of Transportation including structural design, maintenance administration and construction project management. He resides in Salem with his wife Pam and children Lex, Zach and Allie. He enjoys helping with his children’s activities and restoring and maintaining of several classic vehicles.

John specializes in wastewater treatment, water distribution, and stormwater management. He received his undergraduate degree from The Ohio State University and is pursuing a master’s degree in Civil Engineering from Cleveland State University.  John resides in Ohio City with his dog Arlo, and in his free time enjoys hiking, playing music, and exploring new restaurants.

John is a 1978 graduate of Youngstown State University where he earned his Bachelor of Engineering. He worked for the Ohio Department of Transportation for 33 years before retiring in 2011. He lives in Boardman with his wife, Karen. They have 2 sons, Jeff, a bio-medical engineer, and Adam, an architect. John enjoys hiking, bicycling and swimming.

John has 20 years’ experience in Communications and Management. He lives in Columbus and enjoys spending time with the love of his life Abby and his four adult children: Jaslyn, Jaelyn, Jonathan, and James. John had a brief tenure as a radio personality and as a news anchor in North Carolina and is a big UNC “Tarheels” basketball fan. In his free time he enjoys watching old school “wraslin” and traveling the world and especially loves trips to Uganda, Africa.

John is retired from ODOT where he worked for 30 years. He has worked as a foreman, an asphalt inspector and a construction inspector. John and his wife, Regina, love spending time with their two children, two grandchildren, and two Pit Bull rescues. In his free time, John enjoys bowling, bike riding and going to the movies.

Joyce specializes in wetland and stream assessments, Section 404/401 permitting, and NEPA studies. She earned her B.S. from Ohio University and M.S. from The Ohio State University. After working in Chicago for 10 years, she moved back to her hometown of Akron with her family. In her free time, she can be found hiking with her husband and two kids in the MetroParks or the Cuyahoga Valley National Park.

Katherine is a registered landscape architect in Ohio and Pennsylvania and a graduate of The Ohio State University. She is the co-author of the “Green Spaces to Improve Waterways and Communities” chapter included in the WEF’s Green Infrastructure Implementation special publication. She is married to her best friend and photographer, Robert Joseph Holmok. They have one son, Robert David, and a Golden Retriever, Autumn.

Kellie has a bachelor’s degree from Pennsylvania State University, and a GeoScience minor. She is a registered PE in the states of OH, KY, and WV. Kellie lives with her husband Tom, two children, Kendra and RJ, and several pets. Her hobbies include hiking, kayaking, skiing, family game nights, and visiting local breweries and wineries. She is an active member of her church and in volunteering to serve her local community.

Kelly obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Geology from Kent State University. She is currently working toward a Graduate Certificate in Environmental Studies at the University of Akron. Kelly enjoys discovering the history of project sites, performing soil and groundwater sampling, and making old things new again. In her free time, she likes hunting, fishing, camping, boating, country concerts, and being outdoors.

Kyle earned his Bachelor of Landscape Architecture with a minor in Sustainable Land Systems from Ball State University. Kyle resides in Green with his wife, Tamara, and their daughter, Audrianna. An outdoor enthusiast, Kyle enjoys gardening, railfanning, hiking/biking, working on his hobby farm and wheel horse equipment.

Lisa has been with the company since 2009. She received an Associate degree in Business Management and enjoys spending time outdoors camping, fishing, boating and riding four-wheelers. Lisa resides in New Franklin with her boyfriend, Matt, daughter, Ada and their bloodhound, Roscoe.

LuAnn started with the firm more than 30 years ago and loves to drive strategy and growth for the firm. She resides in Stow with her husband, Robert, her two grown children, Ashlee and Robert and her dog, Zorro. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, baking, traveling and watching sports, especially the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Mark is married with two sons, a daughter and four grandchildren. He enjoys outdoor activities, such as camping, boating and hiking, as well as golfing, traveling and attending live sporting events. Mark has given back to the civil engineering profession by mentoring college students as an engineering instructor at Youngstown State University, and through his affiliations with ASCE, ASHE, OTEC and IBC.

Mary enjoys biking, reading, interior decorating, and movies. She currently lives in Stow and her favorite restaurant is Maggiano’s Italian Restaurant.

Michael attended Stark State College and the University of Akron, earning two Associate’s degrees in Civil and Mechanical Engineering Technology, and a B.S. in Construction Engineering Technology. He lives in Cuyahoga Falls with his wife, Lisa, and their son, Grant. In his free time, Michael likes to visit amusement parks, listen to music and attend concerts, dine at pubs/breweries and vacation with his family.

Michelle joined the firm in 2011 and holds a Master’s in Urban Planning, Design, and Development from Cleveland State University, and a B.A. in Urban and Regional Planning with a minor in Landscape Architecture from Miami University. Michelle lives adjacent to the Cuyahoga Valley National Park with her husband, Dan, and rescue dogs, Madison and Walter. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, skiing, biking and experimenting with her culinary skills.

Nacole has experience in survey land drafting and mortgage location. She has certificates for CAD Operator and OHSA 30. Nacole is currently a student at Cleveland State University studying Civil Engineering.

Nathan started with Environmental Design Group in March, 2012. He attended Stark State College where he received his A.A.S. degree in Civil Engineering and A.A.S. degree in Architecture. Nathan currently resides in Akron with his wife, Tanya, and two sons, Max and Liam.

Nicholas graduated from the University of Akron with a B.S. in Civil Engineering. He is NASSCO certified in pipeline, manhole, and lateral assessments (PACP, MACP, LACP). Nick resides in Zoarville, and in his free time enjoys hiking, biking, trying out new restaurants, and spending time with his wife, Olivia, and their Labrador Retriever, Cooper.

Pam has been with the Environmental Design Group for over 20 years. She attended Stark State College where she earned her Associate’s degree in Accounting. She resides in Stow with her husband, Mark, and two children, Joshua and Jacob. In her free time, Pam enjoys reading, traveling and spending time with family and friends.

Ray received his B.S. in Chemical Engineering from The University of Akron. He is an Ohio Professional Engineer and EPA Class IV Water Supply Operator. He monitors operations and oversees regulatory compliance for Akron’s drinking water. Ray is married, lives in Akron, and enjoys fishing from his kayak and bass boat. He is also a competitive ping pong player.

Reneé earned her Bachelor’s and Master’s of Science degrees in Civil Engineering from The University of Akron. Reneé has a passion for community and city enhancement through transportation infrastructure and design. She prefers biking as a means of transportation, kayaking on Portage Lakes with her husband, and captaining her women’s rugby team.

Rich received his B.S. in Civil Engineering from Youngstown State University in December of 2020. With internships at GCRTA & ODOT, Rich hopes to bring his field experience and enthusiasm to EDG. In his free time, Rich enjoys hiking, kayaking, and snowboarding. His hobbies including researching campground and amusement park design, 3D printing, fishing, traveling, and working on cars.

Rita graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a B.A. in Communications. Rita lives in Shaker Heights with her husband, two teenage children and two dogs. Rita also volunteers for a local fair trade non-profit organization that supports twenty-five families in El Salvador. In her free time, Rita enjoys reading, crafting and watching the Cleveland Indians.

Robert graduated from The University of Akron where he obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering through the Engineering and Honors Colleges. He enjoys playing racquetball and frisbee, is an avid fan of hockey and a lover of theme parks.

Ryan is a registered landscape architect with a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from Utah State and a Master of Landscape Architecture from the University of Georgia. Before joining EDG, he spent time working in both the Southeast and Midwest. He currently resides in Stow with his wife and three children. He enjoys hiking, tennis, tinkering in the yard. He also loves biking the local trails with his family.

Scott is a registered professional engineer in Ohio with over 25 years of civil engineering experience. He specializes in the design of roadways for state, county, and local public agencies. He attended the University of Akron and majored in Civil Engineering. He resides in North Lawrence with his family and in his free time enjoys the outdoors, trips to the North Carolina coast, and keeping in touch with his farming heritage.

Scott has experience in land development projects including residential subdivisions, commercial sites, and healthcare facilities. He has experience throughout the entire process of a project from concept to post construction.

Shelly brings with her 20 years of experience working in a corporate office for a large retail company. She resides in Barberton with her son Landon and loves that it is such a magical community. She volunteers for several non-profit organizations. Shelly loves to spend time with her family and pet chinchilla, drink a good cup of hot coffee, and coupon.

An architect with degrees from MIT and Kent State University, Stefanie has worked throughout the United States and in China and is focusing her work on the environment and building community. She can often be found running the trails in Summit, Cleveland, and Medina metro parks with her husband, Doug, and Shadow, the German Shepherd. Home for the holidays means family time in the Idaho Rockies with her four adult children and extended family.

Steve spent his career as a civil engineering consultant working on projects in the Transportation, Infrastructure, Commercial, Residential and Energy Markets. His technical expertise has been focused on geotechnical, structural, and site civil design. Steve is good at working with clients to define project challenges and find solutions to their complex problems. He spends his spare time riding a tandem bike with his wife and spending time with their four sons, wives, and spoiling his eight beautiful grandchildren.

Steven has been with Environmental Design Group since 2013. He attended The Ohio State University and received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Landscape Architecture. He currently resides in Wadsworth with his wife, Alissa, and their daughters, Molly and Kate. Outside of the office, Steven enjoys staying active in the local metro parks and gym, traveling and sampling new cuisines.

Tammi joined Environmental Design Group in 2018 as the Director of Marketing. She enjoys working in the creative and strategic areas of Marketing, Client Experience and Business Development. Originally from Maumee, OH, she received her bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from BGSU. She lives in Medina with her husband Bob and their rapidly emptying nest. She enjoys watching her kids’ sporting events, traveling and catching up with friends.

Teresa is a registered professional engineer in Ohio, and has been with Environmental Design Group since 2001. She attended The University of Akron where she earned two degrees, a Bachelor of Science and a Master’s in Civil Engineering. Teresa resides in Marlboro Township with her husband, Kevin. In her free time, she enjoys gardening, reading, sewing, traveling and touring historic homes.

Terry joined EDG in 2014 as a Business Development Executive and has been in the A/E/C industry for more than 20 years. She is a member of Planning Commission for the City of Munroe Falls, as well as an active member of St. Bernard Church in downtown Akron. Originally from Poland, Ohio and a graduate of Kent State University, Terry currently resides in Munroe Falls. She enjoys getting together with friends and going to the casinos.

A graduate of Kent State University, Tom has spent many years in the parks profession. He recently retired as director of Medina County Park District. Tom believes it is important to create places where people can enjoy the natural world. In his leisure time, he enjoys photography, bicycling, landscaping and wood working. He is active in his church, community, and with Friends of Medina County Parks. He also enjoys spending time with his wife Crystal and his two adult children Patrick and Katherine.

Tim has more than 27 years of experience in the design of private and municipal projects. A notable project in which he was involved includes the development of the Blair Center of Commerce in Columbus, a 1600-acre commercial development. His work includes preparing construction documents for civil projects. He resides in Cuyahoga Falls.

Tim received his Bachelor of Fine Arts from Ohio University. He and his wife Natalie reside in Sharon Center where they raised two adult children Dylan and Emma. Tim is an avid trail runner that can be found running around Hinkley Lake and the many trails of the Cuyahoga Valley. In his spare time, he loves cooking for his family, gardening, camping, and being outdoors in nature.

Travis attended and played football at West Virginia University where he received his B.S.L.A. During his time at WVU, Travis had the opportunity to play in the Fiesta and Gator Bowls. Today his passions are focused on his family and his role at EDG. Travis has a love for great design. He resides in Medina with his wife, Julie, and sons, Jacob and Eli. In his free time, he enjoys hunting, shooting, and many other outdoor pursuits.

Wendy has more than 16 years of experience in finance, bookkeeping, and office management. She began her career in internal audit at a national learning center company. Wendy has one daughter and two grandsons. She is actively involved in her church, where she loves to teach and mentor children. Wendy enjoys spending time with family and friends, walking, shopping, drinking coffee, and reading a good book.

William has his B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Akron. He lives in the West Hill neighborhood of Akron with his wife, Hannah, and enjoys walking or biking to and from work most days. His hobbies include hiking, biking, bird watching, gardening, and reading on his front porch.
