Karee started her career in construction, creating site designs for estimating. She then decided to pursue her site design career, starting with PUDs, residential developments, and small commercial sites. She continued her career developing her knowledge of stormwater management, site design, and municipal improvements. Karee enjoys making improvements to her home and spending time with her dog and friends. She is an avid traveler and is planning to add more stamps to her passport in the next year.

Mariah’s career path has flowed through civil and mechanical realms — from tackling cross-contamination crises to earning regional recognition for electrifying fleet upgrades. Whether she’s wrangling Bluebeam markups, leading project proposals, or decoding data as a certified analyst, her aim is always the same: smarter systems, cleaner water, and happier people. Outside the office, you’ll find her watching documentaries, swapping sustainability hacks at WASH symposiums, or daydreaming about the next great engineering adventure.

Michael has design, project management, and construction administration experience on various projects related to water, wastewater, and stormwater. He has provided technical oversight, supervision, and training to project team members while monitoring projects for financial performance, productivity, and profitability. He has led, administered, managed, and designed projects in Ohio, New York, Virginia, and Indiana.

Will has more than 6 years of experience in the transportation engineering industry. His career with the Michigan Department of Transportation challenged him in many aspects of design, drafting, computer modeling, and project budgeting. He has worked on many large scale urban reconstruction projects all the way down to smaller culvert replacement projects. Outside of the office, Will is a dedicated post collegiate competitive runner, training with the Cincinnatus Elite running team based out of Cincinnati.
