Abby leverages her attention to detail and organizational skills to support all aspects of EDG’s accounting tasks including invoicing, payroll, project management, and more.

Abby works as a designer in the Transportation group. Drawn to the intersection of art, nature, and community, her architecture and engineering background enhance many of EDG’s unique projects.

Abby is a R/W Specialist with a thorough understanding of industry rules and regulations along with the ODOT Policy and Procedures Manual and is ODOT prequalified.

Alex has experience in designing both private and municipal projects. His prepares construction drawings, stormwater calculations and reports, cost estimates, and site plan reviews.

A recent graduate of Youngstown State University, Allison works as a design engineer for EDG’s site development group.

Amanda has experience supporting teams and executives with organizing their day-to-day workload, calendar, and email as well as executing tasks to assist with business operations.

Ana assists the water/wastewater engineering team with day-to-day tasks that promote efficient project management and client experience.

Andrew has experience providing inspection, materials testing, and oversight on state, federal, and privately funded construction projects throughout Ohio and Western Pennsylvania.

Angela is an environmental scientist with experience that includes collecting data, managing projects, and preparing technical documents for a variety of local, state, and federal agencies.

Ariel received her BFA in graphic design at Kent State University. She has experience with numerous Adobe platforms, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, and XD.

Bill works collaboratively with EDG’s Transportation Planning and Engineering team.

The former Chief Engineer for the Muskingum Watershed Conservancy District, Boris brings more than three decades of project management and funding experience to the EDG team.

Having worked in human resources for more than 12 years, Brandy specializes in mergers and acquisitions and development of growth-oriented organizations.

Brent has experience in transportation negotiation, title research, value analyses, closings and surveying, working extensively with ODOT and LPA right of way acquisition practices and procedures.

Brian has an in-depth background in ecology and performs fieldwork, data collection, and report preparation for a variety of projects. He is skilled in ArcGIS Mapping.

Brian manages projects that range from small parking lot expansions to multimillion-dollar designs that focus on seamless integration of stormwater best practices.

A certified planner, Bryan specializes in transportation planning and traffic engineering for large area plans and corridor studies involving complete street and walkability concepts.

Caitlin holds bachelor’s in architecture and environmental design and a master’s in urban design with an expertise in regional connectivity, community, trail and greenway planning and design.

Cale works in EDG’s transportation group as a CAD technician.

Chuck’s work experience includes surveying, roadway design, water and sewer design and working with ODOT and local and federal government agencies.

A member of EDG’s construction management team, Clint has vast knowledge in the construction of public works projects including roadways, bridges, water resources and more.

Collin is a dedicated land surveyor with expertise in boundary surveys, topographic mapping, construction layout, and technologies including GPS and AutoCAD.

Working from the Newark office, Damon is an experienced construction project manager for water/wastewater projects and has fulfilled tasks as a village/city engineer representative.

Dave supervises EDG’s survey crew in the field to ensure accuracy and adherence to safety protocols.

David has experience in transportation planning and design including geometric design, streetscape, pedestrian facilities, parking lot design, signage and stripping, and culverts.

A registered surveyor, Dennis manages EDG’s survey team for public and private clients in all aspects of surveying. He is ODOT prequalified in Right-of-Way Plan Development.

Doug is a professional engineer and professional land surveyor with more than 35 years of experience. He oversees survey and right-of-way acquisition projects in our Mason office.

Doug has over 35 years of experience in transportation engineering and management. He provides project management and support for ROW, survey, and acquisition services for EDG.

With more than 30 years’ experience at EDG, Dwayne leads the client service and professional service groups to drive strategic development and corporate and technical growth.

Ellie offers landscape architectural services for park, commercial/industrial, municipal, residential, and wetland/stream restoration projects. She is skilled in 2D and 3D renderings.

Eli is a recent graduate from Cedarville University with a BS in civil engineering and a concentration in environmental engineering. He works with our Water & Wastewater team in the Columbus office.

Emmett’s background in environmental projects demonstrates an expertise in complex regulatory frameworks, sustainable solutions, and managing projects that enhance natural resources.

Eric holds an MLA from NC State University. He implements green infrastructure designs to control stormwater and works within our transportation team developing multi-modal trails.

Francisco has experience in engineering design, construction management, code review and structural calculations.

An experienced civil engineer, Frank oversees EDG’s Field Services POD focusing on customer service and quality assurance across EDG’s diverse project portfolio.

Georgia works with various team members to manage the proposal creation and submittal process from initial concept to final delivery.

Gerard’s lifelong commitment to public service includes eight years as Mayor of the City of Green. His experience includes public infrastructure projects and creative funding strategies.

Hannah works in EDG’s transportation group and has experience providing full-scale GIS professional services across the public, private, and academic sectors.

As a landscape architect, Haoran thrives on the opportunity to bridge the gap between people and nature and is involved in all phases of project design process.

Holly is a LEED accredited PLA who offers landscape architectural planning and design for many project types including parks, retail, commercial and institutional development.

A results-oriented right-of-way acquisition professional, Iain works on projects spanning 1 to 250 parcels throughout the state resulting in timely and cost-effective solutions.

Jacob is a civil engineer with experience in roadway design/plan production and construction inspection project management. Jacob has worked with a diverse amount of clients and knows how to provide quality and meaningful service. Jacob likes bicycling, tennis, and helping at his church

James is experienced in project management and inspection for transportation and water infrastructure projects, coordinating with local/state agencies, subcontractors, and vendors.

An Army combat veteran, Jeff works in EDG’s Water/Wastewater Engineering group. Having served as a wastewater treatment operator, he provides unique insights to project management and design.

Jeremy excels in stormwater management reports, hydraulic analysis, pond outlet structure design, spill prevention control countermeasure plans, and stormwater pollution prevention plans.

Jeremy is an experienced site design engineer for public and private projects. His experience includes higher ed, office, mixed used, residential, athletics, public utility and more.

As a Strategic Services Analyst, Jessie is heavily focused on time management, process efficiency, internal project management, and customer satisfaction.

Jill has a broad range of experience in site and civil design, engaging in all stages of the project life cycle from initiation through project close out with a strong client focus.

John is a creative professional focused on achieving bottom-line results while implementing advanced technology and business solutions to meet a diversity of client needs.

As an experienced business development professional, John fosters new and existing client relationships. Serving as a trusted advisor, he is experienced in ODOT and LPA projects.

Josh works in our water/wastewater engineering group. Past experience includes civil engineering and geotechnical projects primarily in land development. He is a US Navy veteran.

Throughout her career, Karee has worked in construction and site design and now supports EDG’s transportation engineering team in the Greater Cincinnati area.

Katelynn is a project coordinator for EDG’s transportation group assisting with day-to-day tasks, project proposals and pre-proposal meetings.

Katie is experienced in conducting wetland and surface water delineations and quality assessments, environmental assessments, and coordination with local, state, and federal agencies.

As a designer, Kyle works on existing and proposed site plans and improvement plans for residential and commercial buildings.

As a landscape architect, Kyle’s experience includes trail and greenway planning, parks and recreation planning and design, site inventory and analysis, landscape design, wetland projects.

As a POD Administrator for the Mason office, Laura works on proposal draft and review, invoice review, and general assistance the EDG team in Mason, Ohio.

Laura is a career marketer and enjoys taking a marketing plan from idea to implementation. With her skilled team, she executes strategic initiatives and corporate events.

Lauren helps to drive business development initiatives through the management of all aspects of RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs in collaboration with the firm’s subject matter experts.

Lauren is a communications professional with a passion for crafting compelling narratives and digital messaging strategies that align with organizational goals and identity.

Having worked at EDG since 2009, Lisa utilizes her company knowledge and business-related experience to strategize and complete corporate and human resources projects.

Lu Ann joined EDG in 1989 as a receptionist and now serves as the President and Chief Operating Officer of the company responsible for growth and client development strategies.

Luke works from the Mason office as part of the survey team. As a field technician he assists in collecting and recording data, operating survey equipment, and preparing documents.

Luke has experience in inside sales as well as some social media. Having participated in the All Akron Student Engineering Program and switching career paths away from sales and media, he is eager to gather more knowledge and experience as a Construction Inspector.

A certified analyst, Mariah leads project proposals and data analysis to support EDG’s water and wastewater engineering team in the Columbus office.

Matt is an experienced surveyor skilled in land development, AutoCAD, residential and commercial boundary surveys, ALTA Surveys, and construction layout/stakeout.

Focused on sustainability, Matt is a landscape architect whose expertise includes diverse projects ranging from large-scale master planning to detailed site and community planning efforts.

Michael’s experience includes roadway, stormwater, waterline, and site development projects. He is proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation and GeoPAK.

Michael works from our Newark office and has design, project management, and construction administration experience on various projects related to water, wastewater, and stormwater.

Michael is a municipal engineer with a background in construction and a focus on water and wastewater. His various clients range from the public sector to private development.

Having completed several ODOT courses, Nathan works as a survey field technician to assist surveyors in gathering information for land measurements and map creation.

Nevada is a Design Engineer for EDG’s Water & Wastewater Engineering team working from our Columbus office.

Having been with EDG for more than 20 years, Pam manages the accounting team and oversees all accounting projects for the company.

Pat has worked in the water and wastewater industry for over 43 years, spending 34 years with the City of Akron. He is a licensed professional engineer and Class III Wastewater Operator in Ohio.

Working from the Mason office, Paul is a professional surveyor in Ohio and Kentucky. He has worked for public and private companies and performs title searches.

Reneé has experience in safety engineering, transportation planning, and infrastructure design including trails, transportation corridors, culvert replacements, intersections, and more.

Experienced in marketing, management, project administration, and process improvement, Rita works with the administrative team to optimize internal processes and support growth.

Robert’s design experience includes trail design, commercial site design, stormwater modeling, roadway improvement design and construction inspection.

Ryan’s drafting experience focuses on project adjustments, additions, complete redesigns, structures and problem solving as well as mentoring new hires.

Sam has worked in outside plant utility design and easement acquisition for more than ten years. He is also experienced in boundary, construction, and topographic surveys.

Sam is a CAD draftsman experienced in designing roadways, linear utility and stream grading, and landscaping. He is proficient in the use of AutoCAD, Inventor, Revit and Civil 3D.

Scott’s experience in land development projects includes residential subdivisions, commercial sites, and healthcare facilities working from project concept to post construction.

Scott specializes in roadway design for ODOT and other public agencies and has extensive civil engineering design experience for large and mid-size projects.

Sela completed her engineering degree at Youngstown State. As part of EDG’s transportation team, her projects include transportation design, grant services, and safety studies.

Shelly is an assistant for the marketing team, where she assists with day-to-day tasks for client support, EDG promotion, and project pursuits.

Stefanie is a licensed architect with proven success leading teams to achieve performance goals. She has a lengthy resume that includes campground projects throughout the U.S.

Steve’s experience includes civil and transportation engineering design as well as construction management and inspection for infrastructure projects.

Steven is a landscape architect with design experience in projects ranging from municipal to commercial. He offers expertise in site analysis, design, and master planning.

Susan’s engineering experience includes both transportation and water/wastewater conveyance projects. She reviews traffic impact studies and the associated roadway improvement plans.

Tammi leads a team of creatives at EDG to manage the company’s overall marketing strategies and initiatives related to general marketing, project pursuits, and EDG Creative.

Terry is an experienced business development professional, having worked in the A/E/C industry for more than 20 years. Her tasks include client relations, project pursuits and mentoring staff.

Tom is a seasoned park professional with over forty years of progressive park management experience including strategic planning, grant writing, and inter-agency cooperation.

Tim works with the site development team on survey jobs such as lot splits and consolidations. He also has experience reviewing plats.

Tim is an experienced drafter for private and municipal clients. His responsibilities include the preparation of construction documents for a wide variety of projects.

Tom has extensive engineering experience designing storm water and detention systems and works in all phases of the site development process for municipal and private projects.

Tom has experience in surveying, including construction layout, leveling, setting/searching for monuments, and conducting point cloud scans.

Whitney works in our Akron corporate office assisting the accounting team in various duties related to accounts payable, weekly reporting, subcontractor payments, and more.

Based in Cincinnati, Will has extensive experience in transportation engineering with projects ranging from large–scale reconstruction to culvert replacement. His skills include design, drafting, computer modeling, and project budgeting.

William’s works in both EDG’s stormwater and site development teams. He is experienced in construction documents, grading, site inspection, cost estimating, AutoCAD, and more.
