Dave is a municipal engineer with public and private experience. He manages projects including wastewater collection, water distribution, water and wastewater treatment plant improvements, sanitary pumping stations, stormwater management, green infrastructure, roadway improvements, signalization and building projects. He has experience with the municipal process for all types of infrastructure projects.
